Return & Refund Eligibility

We offer returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong order (wrong variety or quantity).
  • Your durians were spoiled, unripe, or severely damaged upon delivery.
  • The product arrived leaking or in unsatisfactory packaging condition.

Proof Required: Please take clear photos of the affected product within 2 hours of delivery and send them to us via WhatsApp or email. This helps us assess and resolve your issue quickly.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Slight taste or texture differences (as durians are naturally variable).
  • Late pickup or delivery due to customer unavailability.
  • Products not stored properly after delivery.
  • Change of mind or mistaken order.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Timeframe
